If the machine needs to be sent to our premises, we’ll send you an RMA module to attach to the machine.

Timing for maintenance and basic assistance  is usually two days from order but it can vary based on the causes of the problem.

Maintenance and Use Manual will be provided at the purchase of the machine and must be placed in the immediate vicinity and in a proper placement, to avoid liquids and damage.

It is the user’s duty to:

  • Maintain installation premises as prescribed by local laws, ensuring health and security in the workplace.
  • Conform the power supply to the regulations in force at the installation site.
  • Ensure efficient hearting system.
  • A circuit braker with automatic protection against short circuits, ground discharges and discharges between the power supply line and the machine.

The place of installation of the machine must have sufficient natural and/or artificial light conforming to the regulations in force in the country of installation of the machine. In any case, the lighting must be uniform, ensure good visibility and must not create stroboscopic effects and dangerous reflections.

It is also necessary to handle the equipment with caution to avoid damage to the electronic and software components.

RMU Technologies

“Laser” is the acronym of “Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation”.


The laser is a device capable of emitting a coherent light beam on very small areas with micrometer order size.
The unidirectional and coherent emission results in the possibility of achieving an higher irradiance or density in comparison to that of traditional light sources. These properties are the basis of the vast array of applications laser devices have and continue to have in the most diverse fields. Among these, permanent engraving on metals and other materials.
The laser beam manipulates matter at atomic level, allowing writing and images to remain embedded in the material indelibly.
There are several types of laser sources. These are the ones we apply to our machines.

 

FIBER LASER

Active Fiber Marking offers undoubted advantages of maintenance and durability (in working hours) of the Laser. The fiber laser wavelength is 1, 064 micrometres and allows accurate and powerful marking. The fiber laser lasts for a long time and needs little maintenance beyond 25,000 hours of processing. Through this technology it is possible to mark ABS, Acrylic, Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Carbide, Carbon, Cast Iron, Ceramic, Gold, PA, PC, Phenolic, Platinum, PMA, POM, Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium.

C02 LASER

Our CO2 technology involves the use of galvanometric heads and plotter systems. It is a technology for organic materials such as wood, plastics and resins in general, paper, textiles, rubber, marble and stone, acetate, methacrylate, leather, leather and many more.

Our laser marking systems comply with European and International standards for safe use. In addition, our machines offer the possibility to interface with your automation lines security systems.

The Micropercussion markings mechanically engrave the material, in a more or less profound way depending on the needs.

CONTROLLED MICROPERCUSSION

Pneumatic technology for marking irregular surfaces, sloping tiles or cylinders up to 14mm. Depth of marking up to 1mm. Surface hardness up to 64HRC.

VIBRATION MICROPERCUSSION

Pneumatic technology for very high speed performance (up to 15 characters per second).

ELECTROMAGNETIC MICROPERCUSSION

Ideal technology with battery systems to work in complete autonomy without the need for current or compressed air.

Scratch marking technology with diamond or tungsten carbide tips is particularly suitable for marking very hard pieces (up to 80Hrc). Unlike Micropercussion technology, the major benefit of this technology is the absolute absence of noise.

In punching machines, unlike micropercussion or laser technologies, the marking takes place by deforming the material through special punches, reproducing letters and numbers that are then engraved on the product by hand with a hammer or by special impacts or rolling machines.
