New customizations

We would like to introduce you to two new customizations we created in the past few months

  • NEW X AXIS FOR LASER MINI

It is now possible to install this new moving plate on Laser Mini to increase the marking area of the lens. This allows to carry out multiple placements at once.

  • FIBER LASER WITH 3 AXES AND AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE

Among the latest projects we propose a laser marking system with fiber source and three axes. The 40W source allows to mark metallic materials deeply, in this case brass components for jewelry sector.

An automatic warehouse has been added to the standard machine structure with the main objective of increasing laser productivity. With a maximum of 16 pallets, the warehouse is made up of two sections: the first for static pallet storage, while the second is moved by an additional Z axis which extracts the pallet from the warehouse and positions it on the marking area. Loading and unloading various pallets while the marking in progress increases the production speed considerably. Laser and warehouse are both managed by our software. As a further customization we have included a vision system.
