Cylinder marking, the new RMU support

In recent months we have developed a new accessory for portable and deep marking. It is a new mechanical support to simplify the marking of cylinders, more resistant and practical than the previous version. Read on to find out more.

What are the characteristics of deep marking?

An engraving of alphanumeric texts or images (to respond to aesthetic or traceability needs) that reaches up to 1mm deep on the material
Marking that remains indelible and visible even after having undergone surface treatments or painting
The possibility of working on a metal material that is very hard and resistant to engraving (up to 64 Hrc)

Deep marking, although also possible with laser technology, has the best yield in terms of results and costs in the dot peen version. This is why we present below the ideal solution that we have designed for you.

P2 WITH MECHANICAL SUPPORT

Dot peen marking system with 100×35 mm area. Brain Touch control electronics. TP6L tip, ideal for working in depth without sacrificing execution quality. It weighs 2.4 kg, and is even easier to position thanks to the new stand. The pin is fixed in the upper part of the cylinder and allows deep and precise round marking without excessive operator effort.
