We recently produced a system dedicated to the automotive world. It is a microdot machine mounted on a motorized profile with automatic door.
The model of the machine is our well know P2 , with 100×35 mm working area. This marking system is suitable for deep marking of painted, galvanized and treated surfaces. The P2 model is available in portable version, fixed version on a column base or integrated into production lines.
The customization consists in an aluminium profile with motorized axes and automatic door for placing the carter.
Engines are secured by a pneumatic system. The interface is our touch screen BRAIN TOUCH that allows the engraving of texts, logos, serial numbers, qr code and data matrix.
Carters can be easily placed on the machine, and the marking can be supervised by the glass door on the front. Pneumatic doors work with bimanual safety system.
This is just one example of how we can respond to our customer’s needs as our company’s production is completly MADE IN ITALY, as a result we can be fast and versatile. This was produced in only 20 working days.
